A simple yet effective mission statement that can be implemented. Here is an real life example: “We Will NOT Let You Fail” is one of the most impressive and consequential mission statements that I have ever heard in my career. This was said by former WSHS Principal Keith Bell. It was a very simple and positive directive that students and staff could easily embrace and accomplish … and we did! The results were instantaneous.

As a taxpayer and now on fixed income, Here we go again. Overall taxes are numerous and high. Fair or not …. Local tax issues are the only taxes that the public can directly vote yes or no. -
I’ve had a great career here in Westerville City Schools. I would like to “give back” to the school and community that I chose (it took three interviews) to come work in WCS’s and raise my family.
